Ibis Hotel | Riyadh | Circle Arch

The ibis Hotel remodeling project in Olaya, Riyadh, involved the enhancement of interior spaces through modern architectural design and contemporary fit-out solutions. The project focused on creating a welcoming hospitality environment that combines functionality, comfort, and visual appeal while maintaining consistency with international hotel standards.

Circle Arch’s scope included interior finishing, wall cladding, gypsum ceiling installation, floor finishes, MEP works, and furniture installation across key hotel facilities, including the reception and lobby, guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and meeting rooms.

The interior design was developed by GBA, Dubai, with design approval by Accor International. Through coordinated execution and attention to finishing details, the project aimed to enhance the guest experience while delivering practical, durable, and aesthetically refined spaces suited to modern hospitality requirements.
